What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

In order to use the Services of Muslim Matrimonial you must register as
a member on the Website. This is an Agreement that establishes the binding
terms you must accept to use the Site and to become a "Member."
By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use
("Agreement"). Read these Terms of Use and follow the instructions in
the registration process. By using the Service, you consent to submit your
personal identifiable information, to collect, process, display and use the
said information to provide the Service.
To withdraw this consent, you must discontinue using our Service and
delete your account.
To register as a member of Muslim Matrimonial or use this Site, you must
be legally competent and of legal marriageable age of the Country that you
reside in.
The Muslim Matrimonial site is solely to help facilitate lawful
matrimonial alliance between persons who are legally competent to enter into
matrimony under the laws to which they are subject. Membership of this Service
will be void where prohibited. By using this Site, you agree to enter into this
Agreement by submitting relevant information required to register.
You further confirm that you will use this site only for the purpose of
seeking a life partner and that you shall not use this site for casual dating.
You also agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
If at any time Muslim Matrimonial is of the opinion (in its sole discretion) or
has any reason to believe that you are not eligible to become a member or that
you have made any misrepresentation, Muslim Matrimonial reserves the right to
forthwith terminate your membership and / or your right to use the Service
without any refund to you of any of your unutilized subscription fee.
Registered Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality
of your login credentials you designate during the registration process, and
you are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to immediately notify us of any disclosure or unauthorized use of
your account or any other breach of security, and ensure that you log out from
your account at the end of each session.
This Agreement will be effective and valid as long as you use our Site.
You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason by writing
to MuslimMatrimonial Canada.ca OR logging into the website and ending your
subscription. In the event you terminate your membership, you will not be
entitled to a refund of any unutilized subscription fees. There is no refund
once you complete the registration and become a member.
Muslim Matrimonial may terminate your access to the Site and your
membership if you are found using the service for commercial purposes, engaging
in prohibited or inappropriate communication or activity. You will be notified via email at the email
address provided by you in your application for membership. If Muslim
Matrimonial terminates your membership for breach of terms of this Agreement,
you will not be entitled to any refund of any Subscription fees paid by you.
Once you find a suitable match and decide to go ahead with the alliance, you are required to pay a
settlement fee of $ 500.00 CAD For the Silver Package and Silver Plus and $1000.00 CAD for the Gold Package.
There is no settlement fee for the platinum package.
Your Membership will be for the term of one year which will renew annually.
When you pay online, this subscription will be set to auto-renew.
You will get an email 7 days before the expiry of your subscription to allow you to
cancel the renewal of your subscription. If you do not cancel before your
subscription renews then you will not be liable for a refund.
You hereby confirm that as on date of this registration, you do not have
any objection to receive emails, messages and calls from the Office bearers of
Muslim Matrimonial and its members as long as you are a registered member of
Muslim Matrimonial. This consent extends to emails, messages or calls relating
to matchmaking enquiries and promotions. You give us consent to email others your
unencrypted personal information/data for matrimonial proposals only.
You confirm that the Content, information including the personal
information provided by you is correct and accurate.
You will not transmit any chain letters or junk email to other Members
of Muslim Matrimonial. It would be a violation to use any information obtained
from other members in order to harass, abuse, advertise, solicit or sell to any
Member without their prior explicit consent.
Muslim Matrimonial reserves the right to take appropriate steps to
protect Muslim Matrimonial and its Members from any abuse or misuse as it deems
appropriate. This service
is offered worldwide through our various franchisees and the Canadian laws in
case of any dispute are applicable. Any matters raised can only be filed in a
Canadian court only.
