An internationally trained lawyer, Asiya has represented private entities as well as individuals with professional legal services in Family Law, Business Law, Real Estate and in preparation of Wills. Servicing clients in the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario and internationally, she is qualified and passionate about representing her client’s interest in a broad range of matters.
Asiya has, altogether, fifteen years of active involvement in the field of law which includes teaching of law as well. Dedicated and sensitive to the needs of men, women and children who are faced with family law issues. including but not limited to abuse, either verbal, psychological or physical, she decided to enter the profession of law to aid and advise them regarding their rights and thus providing them with solutions.
She also takes pride in preparation of Marriage Contracts, also known as Pre-nuptial Agreements, for her clients. She is an active member of Canadian Muslim Lawyers Association & Canadian Family Lawyers Association
